1. Acceptance and customer agreements
By accessing Workforce Manager, you agree to these terms. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for it. A signed order, subscription agreement, data-processing agreement or other written customer contract takes priority where it conflicts with these website terms.
2. Accounts and access
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential and notify us promptly of suspected misuse. Account owners are responsible for managing users, roles, permissions and configurations within their organization. Access may be restricted when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users or third parties.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to break the law, violate another person’s rights, introduce malicious code, bypass security controls, disrupt the service, scrape or reverse engineer protected components, or access data without authorization. You remain responsible for content and records submitted through your account.
4. Workforce monitoring responsibilities
Workforce Manager includes configurable attendance, activity and screenshot features. The customer organization is responsible for deciding which features to enable, establishing a valid legal basis, giving required notices, obtaining any required consent, limiting access and using the information fairly and proportionately. The service must not be configured or used in a way that violates employment, privacy or surveillance laws.
5. Trials, plans and service changes
Trial periods, user limits, features and prices are those shown in the applicable order or pricing page at the time of purchase. Taxes may apply. Paid subscriptions may renew according to the customer’s order. We may improve or modify features while preserving the material purpose of a paid service. Custom requirements are subject to written confirmation.
6. Intellectual property
Aalee and its licensors retain rights in the platform, website, designs, documentation and underlying technology. Customers retain rights in their submitted data. Subject to payment and compliance with these terms, Aalee grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive right to use the subscribed service during the subscription term.
7. Availability, warranties and liability
We work to keep the service secure and available, but maintenance, third-party services and events outside reasonable control may cause interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties are excluded and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Any specific service levels, warranties, indemnities or liability limits in a signed customer agreement control over this section.
8. Suspension, termination and changes
Access may be suspended for material breach, non-payment, security risk or unlawful use. On termination, access and data handling follow the applicable customer agreement and law. We may update these terms and will revise the date above; material changes will be communicated where required.
