This policy applies to the Workforce Manager website, contact forms, and hosted workforce-management service operated by Aalee Private Limited (“Aalee”, “we”, “us”). When an employer or other organization provides Workforce Manager to its staff, that organization decides which workforce information is collected and why. Questions about an employer’s monitoring practices should first be directed to that organization.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how the service is configured and used, we may process:
- Account and profile details, including name, work email, role, team and authentication information.
- Workforce records such as attendance, shifts, breaks, leave, projects, timesheets, assets, expenses and payroll-related records.
- Activity information selected by an organization, which may include application and URL activity, idle time and periodic screenshots.
- Technical and security data such as device identifiers, login events, IP address, browser type, error logs and audit history.
- Contact enquiries, including the name, email, phone number, topic and message submitted through this website.
- Questions and other content you choose to send through the optional Assist AI widget.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, deliver configured workforce features, respond to enquiries, maintain audit records, troubleshoot problems, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations and improve reliability. We do not use contact-form information for unrelated marketing without an appropriate choice or other lawful basis.
4. Sharing, location and retention
Information may be visible to authorized administrators within the customer organization. We may also use vetted infrastructure, storage, communications and support providers that process data on our behalf. We may disclose information where required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business reorganization subject to appropriate safeguards.
Retention depends on the customer’s configuration, contractual requirements, security needs and applicable law. Contact enquiries are retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records and resolve disputes. Data may be processed in countries other than the user’s own, with safeguards appropriate to the transfer.
5. Security
We use administrative, technical and organizational controls designed to protect personal information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so users should protect their credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
6. Your rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or an objection to certain processing. For workforce data controlled by your employer, submit the request to that employer. For website enquiries or data controlled by Aalee, contact us below.
